Helen Zhang has a Master degree in Project Management from Tongji University and a Doctoral degree in Business Admin (DBA) from Business school Netherlands. She has been engaged in environmental protection water treatment industry projects and related products sales and sales team management for many years. She has been focusing on the UV business for more than 10 years and now is Regional Director of Asia Pacific.
William Xu
Operation Manager
William has a Mechanical engineering BS degree from Liaoning Technical University. He has over 15 years of experience at the various functions including quality, manufacturing and the supply chain in the auto and mechanical industry and is now responsible for the China factory.
Crystal Xu
Human Resources Manager
Crystal Xu is an experienced HR Manager with a demonstrated history of working in different environments, including manufacturing, technology and corporate. She is skilled in talent management, recruitment, employee relationship and HR consulting. She is open-minded, self-motivated and has a can-do attitude to drive excellence every day.
Owen Zhang
Technical Manager, Asia Pacific
Owen Zhang has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Its Automation from Tongji University. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the factory automation industry as the technical support and service manager. As service manager, he is responsible for service in the Asia Pacific area.
Charles Lee
Regional Sales Manager – South East Asia
For over 13 years, Charles Lee has been serving disinfection needs for municipal drinking water, cooling water, aquatics, and industrial process & wastewater markets in many parts of East Asia. Throughout his career, Charles held various positions including applications, project management and territorial sales prior to joining Hanovia now is Regional Sales Manager for SEA region and based in Malaysia. Charles has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Lynn Ling
Finance Manager
Lynn graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master Degree of Applied Commerce (Accounting). She holds professional certificate of CICPA and ACCA. With over 10 years experience of Tax and Finance in a variety of industries, she is now responsible for finance, tax and risk control at Hanovia’s China factory.
